Chewy cake batter brownies

I live for dessert. It’s my happy place. These cake batter brownies are so delish. We used Halloween sprinkles to be festive so you could change out for whatever fits your fancy.

So dare I admit I ate more of these then I would like to share. The gooey center, flavorful cake batter mix and of course crunchy sprinkles make this a new go to recipe.

Ingredients:

– 1 box French vanilla cake mix

– 1/4 cup canola oil

– 1 egg beaten

– 1/3 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup sprinkles of your choosing

– 1/2 bag white chocolate chips

directions:

step one: preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×9 baking dish

step two: combine cake mix, sprinkles, egg, oil, heavy cream and white chocolate chips. Mix until batter is just combined.

Step 3: place batter in greased pan topping with extra sprinkles of course. Bake 30 – 35 minutes. You want the center to be chewy so do it overbake. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
